The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has announced the opening of Gateway Oak Cliff, a 230-unit mixed-income property in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas. Of these units, 184 are designated for families earning 60 percent or less of the Area Median Income.

Located at 400 South Beckley Avenue, Gateway Oak Cliff is near key destinations such as The Dallas Zoo, Bishop Arts District, and Dallas’ Central Business District. The property was a recipient of a 2021 4% Housing Tax Credit, receiving $1.64 million in tax credits with an approximate value of $16.4 million over a ten-year term.

Gateway Oak Cliff is owned by Dallas County in partnership with Catholic Housing Initiative.
