Texas Restaurant Show returns to Houston with early-bird registration now open

The Texas Restaurant Association (TRA) has announced that the 2025 Texas Restaurant Show will be held in Houston, Texas, on July 20-21 at the George R. Brown Convention Center. This event is the largest restaurant and foodservice industry gathering in the Southwest. Currently, 70% of exhibitor space is sold out, and early-bird registration is open for those interested in attending.

The show, presented by Eat Local. Eat Often., will feature over 5,500 industry professionals and 500 exhibit booths showcasing innovations and trends in the foodservice sector. It provides a platform for restaurant operators, chefs, and hospitality professionals to engage with experts and explore new products. A full schedule of educational sessions will be available in early April.

Tony Abruscato, Chief Marketing Officer of the TRA, said: "The Texas Restaurant Show is where our industry unites to fuel the future of foodservice. With 70% of our exhibitor space already reserved, it’s clear that businesses recognize the power of this event. We’re also excited to continue our partnership with Eat Local. Eat Often., a movement that champions Texas restaurants and the communities that support them. This year’s Show in Houston will be a game-changer, delivering the connections, education, and inspiration that restaurant operators need to thrive."

Early-bird registration offers discounted rates until June 15, 2025. The event is exclusive to foodservice professionals to ensure a valuable experience for all participants.
