Community Association of the Woodlands issued the following announcement on Oct. 1

The Woodlands Township Environmental Services Department presents an online class on the benefits of rainscaping on Saturday, November 7, 2020, 9 a.m. to noon via videoconference.

Rainscaping, using rainfall to water your landscape, is the latest in efficient irrigation. This class walks you step-by-step through several methods for capturing rainfall and directing it precisely where it’s needed, reducing or eliminating the need for supplemental irrigation. The result: healthier plants and lower water bills. 

This event is hosted by The Woodlands Township Environmental Services Department.  Please register by November 2, 2020, at www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/environment then check your email for follow-up instructions.
