Beaumont Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

Event Description:

The Beaumont Chamber Foundation Foundation (BCF) provides youth leadership programs for 8th grade students from across the region. In 2019 BCF had over 140 8th graders from 19 different middle schools present for the 8th Grade Youth Leadership Program. The program focuses on leadership development and helps prepare these students to be strong leaders in the future. 

The event takes place at the Lamar University and LIT campuses, where they are able to engage with student services who provide preparation and entrance information during the day.
