Abbott reappoints leaders to Department of Information Resources

Keith Halman from Lubbock holds the position of associate vice chancellor and chief information officer for the Texas Tech University System. He is also on the board of the Lonestar Education and Research Network. Halman earned his degrees in Business Administration in Information Systems and Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.
