The Texas Association of Counties' (TAC) Board of Directors is under new leadership for 2024 and 2025. The new board first took office in March of this year.
A press release issued by TAC said that Yoakum County Precinct 4 Commissioner Tim Addison will be the president.
Addison is the successor to previous president Nathan Cradduck, who serves as auditor for Tom Green County and is now an ex officio to the board of TAC.
"I am honored to serve as President of the Texas Association of Counties Board of Directors," said Addison. "Together with the entire TAC Board, I am committed to advancing the interests of Texas counties and supporting the vital work that they do for our communities."
Denton County Treasurer Cindy Yeatts Brown will succeed Addison as the board's President-Elect, according to the release. She will officially assume the office on January 1, 2026.
McLennan County Tax Assessor-Collector Randy Riggs is the Vice President of the Board. The board has one representative from all 256 Texas counties.
According to TAC's website, the organization serves as the representative voice for all Texas counties and county officials. Its mission is to unite counties to achieve better solutions.
