Sixteen graduating Texas high school seniors have been named recipients of the Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas's (CLEAT) 2024 Peace Officers Memorial Foundation (POMF) Scholarship. CLEAT President Lieutenant Marvin Ryals said in the release that the winners represent the values past peace officers have passed on to the next generation.
