TASA has announced the temporary shutdown of its Member Services Center (MSC) in preparation for the upcoming launch of a brand-new MSC in April 2024.
According to TASA, the current MSC will be closed on Thursday, March 14, to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system. During this period, users will not be able to access the Member Services Center or post jobs to the TASA Career Center until early April.
While the MSC is closed, users are advised that event registrations and membership processing will be paused. However, existing job listings posted before March 14 will still be visible. For any inquiries regarding membership or event registration status, individuals can reach out to TASA via email at membership@tasanet.org or by calling 512.477.6361.
Once the new MSC is live, current users will receive an email containing their username and a personalized link to easily access the new system. It is recommended that users take prompt action upon receiving this email to confirm their account information, ensuring a seamless transition to the updated platform.
