A College Station motel served as the scene of a recent arrest for sex trafficking, according to The Eagle.
Two Lubbock citizens were taken into custody with claims they scared two women to become prostitutes. A woman called College Station police last month, claiming her daughter and a friend were victims of sex trafficking. She was convinced they were being held at a motel in College Station.
Police then reached out to the hotel and had a chat with Christopher Ryan Scott, who was held on an aggravated robbery charge in Tom Green County, and Veronica Willis. Both are at Brazos County Jail. Willis is being held for a $20,000 bond and Scott for a $532,000 bond.
The two victims were taken to the hospital and detailed how they were threatened into having sexual interactions with their patrons throughout Texas.
Both suspects have been charged with compelling prostitution by force, a second-degree felony, which could get them up to two decades in jail and $10,000 in fines.
