Executive Director Amanda Crawford and Chief People and Culture Officer Lisa Jammer were awarded the State Leadership of the Year awards in the 2025 StateScoop 50 Awards. The announcement was made by StateScoop on March 24, revealing that over 1.25 million votes were cast in this year's competition. Eleven employees and projects from DIR were nominated.

"It’s an honor to be recognized with a StateScoop 50 Award when there are so many talented and dedicated public servants in the IT space across the country," Crawford stated. "And a big congratulations to Lisa Jammer, too! DIR is a technology agency powered by people, and Lisa is critical in building and maintaining our agency’s strong culture of service."

Crawford was previously honored in 2022 with a StateScoop 50 Golden Gov: State Executive of the Year Award. Jammer had also been acknowledged in 2023 with another StateScoop State Leadership of the Year award.

The award winners will attend a reception in April at the National Association of State Chief Information Officers’ 2025 Midyear Conference.
