ORGANIZATIONS IN THIS STORY

The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) has issued a Request for Offer (RFO) to acquire Technology Solution Services (TSS). This initiative aims to provide services to eligible DIR customers through the Data Center Services (DCS) program. The RFO is specifically designed for DCS program services and does not serve the same purpose as the Deliverables Based IT Services (DBITS) Program, which will be addressed in a separate RFO.

Interested parties who meet the qualifications outlined in the RFO are invited to submit proposals detailing their solutions and related service offerings. Proposals must adhere to the format specified in the RFO documentation.

For more details on this solicitation, interested vendors can access the RFO documents by visiting: https://www.txsmartbuy.gov/esbd/DIR-CPO-STS-591. Questions should be directed to the Point of Contact listed in the solicitation posting.

DIR will host a virtual Solicitation Conference on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. This conference will offer vendors additional insights into TSS Solicitation requirements, information about the HUB program as it pertains to this solicitation, and Accessibility requirements. Vendors wishing to participate in this webinar can register at: https://www.zoomgov.com/webinar/register/WN_eU7G7gdcTwOjlIwGykBivw.

Vendors are encouraged to keep an eye on the Schedule of Solicitation Opportunities page provided by DIR for future procurement opportunities.
