Today, the Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) extended its congratulations to Brooke Rollins following her confirmation as Secretary of Agriculture by the U.S. Senate. Rollins, who previously served as TPPF's president for 15 years before departing in 2017 to join the White House, has remained on the foundation's board until her recent appointment.

TPPF CEO Greg Sindelar expressed optimism about Rollins' new role: “The message to America’s farmers and rancher is just this: Hold on; help is on the way,” he stated. Sindelar highlighted Rollins' background, noting her upbringing on a family farm in Glen Rose and her academic credentials from Texas A&M University in agriculture development. He emphasized that she would be an ally to farming families under the Trump administration and praised her commitment to effective management of taxpayer funds within the Department of Agriculture.

Sindelar also shared his anticipation for working with Rollins during her tenure at the USDA, stating that she embodies "the heart of a servant-leader" and assuring stakeholders that "help is truly on the way."
