Among these units, 35 are designated for families earning 30 percent or less of the Area Median Income (AMI), while the remaining 185 units are reserved for households earning up to 60 percent of AMI.
Located just minutes from downtown Dallas, Highpoint is adjacent to its sister properties, Highpoint Family Living and Highpoint Senior Living. The area offers proximity to attractions such as The Dallas Zoo, the Bishop Arts District, and Dallas’ Central Business District.
The development at 1805 South Zang Boulevard received a 4% Housing Tax Credit in 2022. This credit amounted to nearly $2.4 million and is valued at approximately $24 million over a ten-year period.
