In 2008, Rodolfo Martinez Jr. was convicted for burglary of a habitation with intent to sexually violate or abuse the victim, involving a 15-year-old girl. He received a sentence of 15 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice prison system.

Described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 185 pounds, Martinez Jr. is noted to have tattoos on his face, chest, abdomen, right arm, and right hand.
