Rodolfo Martinez Jr., a 42-year-old from Lorenzo in Crosby County, is wanted in Harris County for a charge of indecency with a child by sexual contact since November 2024. Additionally, a warrant from Crosby County has been active since March 2025 for his arrest due to non-compliance with sex offender registration requirements.

In 2008, Rodolfo Martinez Jr. was convicted for burglary of a habitation with intent to sexually violate or abuse the victim, involving a 15-year-old girl. He received a sentence of 15 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice prison system.

Described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 185 pounds, Martinez Jr. is noted to have tattoos on his face, chest, abdomen, right arm, and right hand.

Texas Crime Stoppers is funded by the Governor’s Public Safety Office, offering rewards for those who provide information leading to arrests among the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives, Sex Offenders, or Criminal Illegal Immigrants. In 2025 alone, 19 arrests have been made with over $22,000 awarded for information leading to these apprehensions.
