Governor Abbott appoints three to advisory committee

Her academic credentials include degrees from Wichita State University, Texas Woman’s University, and Southern Methodist University's Perkins School of Theology.

Carla Smith from Midland has retired after over two decades with Southwestern Bell Telephone. She has dedicated more than 35 years to Christian ministry and community volunteering with non-profits.
