AUSTIN — The Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) has announced that U.S. Congressman Chip Roy will be a featured speaker at the upcoming Texas Policy Summit. He is scheduled to participate in a keynote breakfast discussion with TPPF Executive Director Robert Henneke on February 21.
Congressman Roy brings a wealth of experience from his career in public service, which includes roles as a federal prosecutor and First Assistant Attorney General of Texas under Ken Paxton. His political background also includes working as a staffer for Senators John Cornyn and Ted Cruz, as well as serving as a senior advisor to Governor Rick Perry. Additionally, he has held the position of Vice President of Strategy at TPPF.
“Congressman Roy has proven himself as an effective and genuine conservative warrior who is not afraid to take on the D.C. Swamp,” stated TPPF CEO Greg Sindelar. “We look forward to hearing the latest on his efforts to secure the border, ensure election integrity, fix the broken healthcare system, and strengthen our military.”
The event will take place at the AT&T Conference Center in Austin, Texas.
